President Trump and President Putin engaged in discussions regarding the development of mutually beneficial cooperation in the economic and energy sectors. They also addressed various international issues, including the situations in the Middle East and the Red Sea region.
To stabilize crisis areas and establish collaborative efforts concerning nuclear non-proliferation and global security, joint initiatives will be pursued. This collaboration is expected to contribute to the overall improvement of U.S.-Russia relations. The Russian leader responded constructively to proposals raised by his American counterpart regarding initiatives to ensure navigation safety in the Black Sea.
Both presidents concurred that Iran must never be placed in a position to threaten Israel’s existence. The last meeting between the two leaders occurred on February 12, lasting approximately an hour and a half. They discussed the situation in Ukraine, among other topics, and agreed to maintain ongoing communication, including the possibility of future personal meetings.
